Yes Bank Falls 30%  -  After Reporting Surprise Q4 Loss Shares of the private lender fell as much as a percent to Rs 166.60, its lowest since December 2018. The bank announced its March quarter results on Friday. The bank’s loss stood at Rs 1,506 crore in the quarter ended March, according to its exchange filing.  IndusInd Bank shares slumped 4%-  to Rs 1,631.35, to emerge among the biggest Sensex losers. Market News - Tata Steel, Axis Bank shares jump, Cyient Surges 9%

Cyient Surges 9%-  Cyient Jumps The Most In A Year Shares of the engineering services provider surged 9 per cent intraday to Rs 636.65. The company reported its fourth-quarter earnings on Thursday. The Hyderabad-based company’s net profit nearly doubled to Rs 176 crore, while its revenue fell 2.1 per cent to Rs 1,162.9 crore. The gainers in the morning session are Axis Bank, HCL Tech, Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, Yes Bank, GAIL, Dr Reddy's Lab, SBI, Tata Steel, Indiabulls Housing, Bharti Infratel and Zee Entertainment, while losers are Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hero Moto, M&M and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Among the sectors, except auto all other sectors are witnessing buying led by metal, pharma, bank, infra, energy, IT and FMCG. Rupee Opens: The Indian rupee gained in early trade on Friday. Bharti Infratel Top Loser On Nifty - Shares of the telecom tower operator declined as much as 4.7 per cent to over a two month low of Rs 287.35 apiece. The company reported its March quarter results on Wednesday. Brokerage firm CLSA downgraded its recommendation on the stock to ‘Sell’ from ‘Outperform’.  Titan Company Hits All-Time High - Titan Company hit a record high and crossed Rs 1 lakh crore in market cap. Lupin Falls-  The Most In A Month After U.S. FDA Owes Shares of the drugmaker fell 3.8 percent intraday, the biggest slide in over a month, to Rs 835 apiece. Lupin, in an exchange filing, said the U.S. health regulator had cautioned that the firm's Pithampur facility may be subject to regulatory or administrative action. IndusInd Bank, IOC shares gain - IndusInd Bank shares are trading 1.3% higher at Rs 1,675.50, while IOC shares are up 3% to Rs 168.65, to emerge among the biggest Sensex gainers.  Coromandel International, IOC, HPCL, BPCL, Indiabulls Housing, IndusInd Bank, Gail Zee Ent, HDFC, JSW Steel, RIL, Eicher Motors are among major gainers on the indices, while UltraTech Cement, ACC, ITC, Sun Pharma and Tata Global Beverage are trading lower.  On the sectoral front, bank, auto, energy, infra and IT are trading higher. Market Update - Zee Enterprises jump,GAIL falls over 3%, Lupin Jumps

GAIL India falls over 3%. -  The PSU had emerged as the highest bidder for operating seven wind power plants of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS). The group has Rs 4,800 crore of wind assets and total debt of the wind portfolio stands at Rs 3,700 crore and there will be no haircut of lenders, the release said. Lupin Jumps -  After Morgan Stanley Upgrade Shares of the drugmaker rose 4.1 per cent intraday to a nearly a three-month high of Rs 866 apiece. Brokerage firm Morgan Stanley upgraded its recommendation on the stock to ‘Overweight’ from ‘Equal-Weight’. Also, the price target was hiked to Rs 1,094 per share. Market News- RIL slumps 3%, HDFC Bank up, Oil Market Fall

RIL slumps 3%, HDFC Bank up  - Reliance Industries shares slumped nearly 3% to hit the day’s low at Rs 1,345.05. HDFC Bank shares are trading 0.5% up at Rs 2,301.75.  Shares of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries will assume focus after the firm reported strong Q4 results, and is set to separate fibre and tower assets in a bid to cut Jio debt. HDFC Bank shares will also be on the investor’s radar. L&T shares will also assume focus. Tata Coffee, SpiceJet, Dr Reddy's Lab, HDFC Bank, are among major gainers on the indices, while losers are Reliance Industries (RIL), Jet Airways, Reliance Capital, Reliance Infra, Reliance Power, Reliance Comm, SBI, DHFL and Canara Bank. Market News - Reliance Industries up 2%, Jet Airways down 10%

Reliance Industries up 2%-  Shares of billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries jumped by more than 2% at Rs 1,375.50, ahead of its Q4 results.  Jet Airways down 10% - Shares of private sector airline slumped by 10% to Rs 216.45 on NSE. Shares of the cash-strapped airline plummeted over 34 per cent, its biggest intraday fall on record, to RS 158.70 apiece.  Spicejet At 14-Month High - Shares of the low-cost carrier rose as much as 15 percent to Rs 152.60, its highest since February 2018. The shares gained 52 per cent in the last five days.
